How to Read the Changelog
What changed in the Hermes docs, which episodes were re-cut, and what is new.

The ActionableOps changelog records every change in the Hermes Agent documentation. It has a Last Updated box at the top with a UTC timestamp, date-grouped entries with newest first, and three sections per date: re-cuts (updated episodes), new episodes (what was built), and cosmetic changes (logged but skipped). Material changes trigger a re-cut. Cosmetic changes get a pass. Find it from the sidebar footer on any episode page.
